*How long does it take my for child's membership to become effective after I enroll them?

We must receive your completed registration at least one (1) week before your child's birthday in order to receive the birthday discount.

*How old does my child have to be in order to qualify for Kidsville Birthday Membership?

Kidsville Birthday Membership is for children ages 1-10.

*I live outside of Puerto Rico; can I sign my child up for the Kidsville Birthday Membership?

Yes, you can register for Kidsville Birthday Membership if you live outside Puerto Rico.

*How can I update my information if I made a mistake?

Simply resubmit your information using the same email address you originally registered with. This will update your file.
